With each new version of Photoshop, Adobe has been bringing many new features for users. Be it for adult web designers or for any graphic design professional, Photoshop has always got more to offer. For example, Photoshop CS4 incorporates a few new interface options. These options are Application bar and document tabs.

Full access and support available through Windows and Macintosh, Photoshop CS4 has got a few more things on offer – change zoom levels, change screen modes, arrange multiple document windows, rotate the canvas view, customize the menus, configure panels and create and save custom workspaces.

Adult website designers have always been facing challenges while customizing their workspace. But now, with Photoshop CS4, they can configure their workspace in various ways, that too, all easily. As tab inside one window, you can now dock document windows. If you opt for tabs, in the Mac OS, you can easily keep document windows separate from Application and Options bar. An adult web designer can hide application frame in Mac OS by unchecking Application Frame on the Window menu. A new feature will help you here to get a glimpse of whether the Application frame is displayed or not – this is the Application bar. By choosing Window > Application Bar you can get the display. For Mac users, the movable Application frame is however the most significant feature. This feature includes Application bar, Options bar, panels as well as tabbed document windows. The Application frame displays the image against a gray background by conveniently blocking out the Desktop. This comes real handy when performing color correction work. The Application frame also helps in dynamic resizing of viewing area in Standard screen mode. By dragging an edge or a corner, you can resize the frame. In Windows, you can minimize the Application frame by clicking the Minimize button. But in Mac OS, you need to double-click the Application bar to do the same.
